In close cooperation with Austrian Institute for SME research, Oxford Research Denmark and Ikei, Panteia carried out the study “Guidance in employers ’age management strategies – Supporting longer working lives of older workers” on behalf of CEDEFOP. The objective of this study is to investigate within the overall framework of active ageing: (i) how the European Union and national policies and strategies address the issue of staying longer in employment; (ii) how lifelong guidance is embedded in employer’s age management strategies supporting older workers’ (55+) lifelong learning and skills development; and (iii) to what extent different forms of guidance support is available to this target group.
